New to Cherry Grove 

When a home is under contract to sell, three documents (CC&R's, By-Laws and Homeowner Information form) are provided to the buyer prior to closing. The real estate agent or title company will supply a resale certificate to the Cherry Grove Treasurer. The Treasurer will return the three documents along with the resale certificate or provide the link to the location within the Cherry Grove website for the agent or title company to access, print and deliver to the buyer.

The buyer should read the resale certificate before closing to certify the information contained within the resale certificate is accurate.  The buyer has the responsibility to ensure any issues that are discovered are promptly corrected.

Resale Certificate Fee: $375.00 

Transfer Fee: $275.00

Bi-annual Dues: $400.00
