The President, Secretary, Treasurer and Board Members of Cherry Grove of Keller shall have the ability to access personal information of individual members of the community. Personal information includes name, address, phone number and email address.

If the individual members permit the Local HOA’s President and/or Board Members to access their personal information, said information shall only be used by the President and/or Board Members of the community for official business and official communications. The President and/or Board Members of the HOA are not permitted to disclose the personal information to anyone who is neither the President nor a Board Member of the HOA. The purpose of this provision is to safeguard the personal information of the individual members, and to emphasize that the use of the personal information by the President and/or Board Members is solely for official business and official communications of the community.
